What is Primary Care Telehealth?

Our primary care telehealth program uses convenient telecommunications technologies to deliver virtual medical, health, and advisory services. Our providers are able to use the system for traditional clinical diagnosis to get you feeling better. Simply put, our telehealth is like having a visit to the doctor without having to leave your home. You will be able to interact and communicate with your trusted provider, just like you were in the same room.

If this is a medical emergency, call 9-1-1 or head to the nearest emergency room. This telehealth platform is not for emergency use.

How do I make an appointment?

Please fill out the form below to get registered for your telehealth appointment. We book appointments Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Once you submit your form, you will receive a text message and email to confirm your appointment.

If you request an appointment after our normal telehealth hours, your request will be reviewed the next business day.

Once the appointment is scheduled, your telehealth visit will take place within two hours. If you are not able to keep your telehealth visit, a refund will be processed within three business days.

How much does it cost?

Currently we are only accepting cash-pay patients for our telehealth services, but we hope to offer these services to insured patients in the coming weeks. The cost for the telehealth visit is $59.99 and can be paid via debit or credit card.
