Rose Lopez

Chief Nursing Officer

Rose is an executive nurse leader who brings more than 28 years of healthcare experience to Dallas Medical Center. This experience includes working at several acute-care hospitals, and helping her facilities achieve designations for chest pain, stroke, and trauma, as well as Asthma Center of Excellence. Rose comes to DMC from Gila Regional Medical Center in New Mexico, where she served as Chief Nursing Officer. Before moving to New Mexico, Rose served as the System Chief Nursing Officer for Nix Healthcare System in San Antonio.

Academically, she received her Bachelor's degree from West Visayas State University in the Philippines. More recently, Rose received a Master's degree in Nursing, as well as a Masters of Business Administration, both from the University of Phoenix.
